Proposal A: ROPPEC will maintain 51% controlling interest and sales, while an independent third party enters into a minority 9%, non-voting stake, where in Reino do Brazil will retain the remaining 40% of controlling interest. We have in the past utilized, and prefer, the National Bank of Isla Remota for such arrangements.

Proposal B: ROPPEC will contribute 2/3 of the upfront investment needed for the project in exchange for 60% for gross domestic sales and 51% of any residual sales (applicable to international sales, member countries of all economic alliances and agreements pertaining to the ROP will retain all agreed to trade practices. The ROP will offset any abiding fees, taxes, or tariffs for a term NTE nine years after entering contract subject to 2.3% annual adjustment. This will not be applied to any deficit financing due to inflation, overtime, or material costs out side of 2.3% projected increase).
