- Shamisen - 2 is an electronic warfare system first fielded in 2009.
- It is a ground based station designed to target enemy airborne assets - namely the radars to enemy tactical aviation and command & control links of enemy UAVs.
- The system is composed from two trucks. One host a full set of ESM measures aimed for monitoring and identification of radio signals. The other hosts an electronic attack (EA) system. Both trucks are usually positioned 500 meters apart from each other.
- Modular design allows for easy upgrade of equipment.
