That's an appropriate place for other nations to place WTTO-IEF loan applications but the USIH is an exception because we own the USIH Bank & Trust. The USIH felt the need to ask you directly for the loan rather than fill out our own application that you may not see right away.

As a kind gesture to the WTTO and the members within the organization, my economical director has allocated $500 million NSD in funds to help nations, currently with debt, to pay half and my nation will pay the other half of the outstanding debt possible. This is to ensure the debt nation does not have to reallocated too much of their national budget to reimburse the WTTO.
