To,
The Chairman,
Banco Privado
Mr. Chairperson,
His Majesty wishes to be informed of the current status of his account information and the account information of the Royal Family. Additionally, His Majesty wishes to inform your bank that in the event of death or incapacity of His Majesty, His Majesty's personal account is transferred to the name of H.R.H. Crown Princess Ganga Devi Vyasaputri, and until H.R.H. reaches the age of 12, all her private account transactions are to be carried out by the joint consent of three trustees:
1. H.M. Empress Lopamudra Vyasaputra
2. H.R.H. the Prince of Mathura Shrikant Vyasaputra
3. H.M. the Emperor-Mother Vishnupriya Vyasaputra
In the event of the demise of H.R.H. the Prince of Mathura, the trusteeship post is to be left vacant unless at the time of H.R.H.'s demise, there is a Princess of Mathura. In the event of the demise of H.M. the Emperor-Mother, the post is to be left vacant, as is in the case of the demise of H.M. the Empress. H.M. the Emperor may also modify the list of trustees of H.R.H. the Crown Princess and shall notify your office accordingly.
H.M. charges you to not accept any reports of H.M.'s demise or incapacity unless and until all three trustees or their successor, in the case of their deaths, do attest to H.M.'s demise or incapacity to you in writing. If all three trustees die without any successor, H.M. charges you to accept the Chamber of Brahmins, the official legislature of Ayodhyadesha, as the collective trustee of Ganga Devi Vyasaputri. The Chamber, by 2/3rds vote, shall pass resolutions regarding the private account.
In the event of H.R.H. the Crown Princess' demise, the new Crown Prince/Crown Princess, if alive, shall be the inheritor of this account with same trusteeship and age of majority laws as described above. If there is no surviving heir to H.M., following H.M.'s demise, the account shall be merged with that of the Royal Family.
Meanwhile, in the event of H.M.'s demise, the account of the Royal Family will be governed by the same trusteeship laws until the Emperor or Empress-regnant reaches the age of 12. In the event of the demise of a trustee, they are to be succeeded by the next oldest royal family member. In case of the demise of the entire Royal Family, the Chamber of Brahmins shall take charge of the Royal Family's account and by a simple majority pass resolutions regarding it.
H.M. hopes that you accept these rules of succession regarding his account and act accordingly.
Thanking you,
Govind Verma,
H.M.'s Secretary of Finances
