To Whom it may Concern,

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs would like to inquire to the WTTO of the possibility of granting Obeserver Status to Imperia in the WTTO. Imperia is looking to expand its economic connections with other nations and the Ministry believes that the WTTO would be the ideal alliance from which the Imperium could expand and establish trade relations. If this is not possible, the Ministry would like to inquire of an alternative to membership but one which could still facilitate cooperation between Imperia and the WTTO.
