20 year old Obrelan female presented with vomiting, nausea and fainting. She had been rushed here in an ambulance after fainting in public. No lacerations are apparent, though multiple contusions can be seen on her upper arms and shoulders. After an electrocardiogram and having blood drawn to rule out more serious possibilities, the diagnosis is a vasovagal syncope. The patient has been admitted to the ER and will stay a total of 3 hours if further heart monitoring turns up normal. No medications are needed.

Department of Infectious Diseases

Patient rushed in with ambulance presenting with severely high fever, dry cough, shortness of breath and headache. Upon further investigation, small water blisters found on hands and wrists. Prescribed fever reducing drugs (acetominophen) and placed on a ventilator. Shows signs of improving. After further testing to rule out more serious possibilities, diagnosis is a serious case of COVID-19. Water blisters are discounted as a symptom. Patient is making a good recovery, fever has subsided.

After the Harryan government learns of the patient's improvement, they decide to investigate further about the infection, and possible new strain of the virus. As well as writing a letter to the Hospital.

Hello to all doctors and staff at Kobe National Hospital, we would like to make a donation of $700,000 on behalf of Hugo Silva, our president, he is currently busy caring for indigenous people on an island, but would certainly be grateful for the quick response, and effectiveness with the patient's case, we will try to investigate the case better, and possibly new infected people, I hope you stay alert about the case.

Would you like to have a wing on your main hospitals funded by us? It would be a pharmacy that would serve as a quick medication creation wing.

28 year old female transferred from Telbnis with stroke like symptoms, though MRI came up clear. EEG and CT scan are performed, and patient is diagnosed with postconcussive syndrome after a mild concussion. The syndrome was delayed, and there is no treatment for the whole syndrome, so doctors try and treat the symptoms. Prescribed acetaminophen to help with headaches, though time is probably the best cure. Recommended not to do any sports or physical activity for a few weeks, and come back in if any symptoms change.

2 month old female is transferred from Telbnis with the absence of a cochlear and vestibular system as well as heterochromia and piebaldism. She is an extremely rare case. Doctors at Kobe Hospital have never seen anyone like her before, and hope to have the parents' permission to transfer her to other hospitals to get a second opinion and study this incredibly rare case.

Apologies for the delay, but after further detailed research and testing, we have pronounced a diagnosis of the rare genetic disorder Waardenburg syndrome type 2. This would explain all symptoms and test results thus far. There is currently no cure for the syndrome, but we can manage it by treating individual symptoms and giving her access to neurology, audiology and dermatology specialists to monitor her symptoms. Additionally, if the parents are considering having more children, they may want to go through genetic counselling to minimise the risk of another child of theirs having the same condition.
