Background: With the growth of technological progress, the use of drones penetrates every aspect of our lives, both in military and civilian applications. Drones are now used for wedding photography and urban combat, safety inspections at construction sites and artillery spotting, agricultural pest control and counterterrorism. They are used by news reporters and police officers, surveyors and special forces soldiers alike.

With this in mind, the Serene Power Company offers the world market the RaiderTM. Developed with the assistance of leading drone racing sportsmen and military personnel, they are intended to be compatible with the entire range of SPC-produced civilian, dual-use, and military drones, and can be used with other manufacturers’ drones if the appropriate software is provided.

These goggles allow you to get a high-resolution image from the drone’s point of view (thus the abbreviation FPV, for First Person View), thus enabling you to operate the drone as if you were flying an aircraft. Sportsmen can use this technology for drone racing in confined terrain, building inspectors and firefighters can fly them into building windows, and soldiers can fly them... also into building windows.

The goggles are fully protected against water and dust at an IP67 protection level, which means that they can be used in heavy rain, and can survive limited immersion in water (down to 1 meter).

The existing antennae can be used at 3.8 Ghz and 5.8 Ghz frequencies and are tuned for 5.8 Ghz. Other antennae can be mounted, or the goggles can be connected to any equipment that meets a standard antenna plug or a USB-C. With appropriate equipment and signal boosters, the SPC RaiderTM FPV Pilot Goggles can be used to control other drones at much longer ranges, including the SPC Ern Modular Unmanned Air Vehicle, and even connect to UGVs and automated observation stations.
