It covers both regular self-defense topics such as firearms, equipment, martial arts, and tactics and hardcore adventure material such as military and law enforcement tactics, fieldcraft and demolitions, as well as coverage of conflicts from around the world for the education of its readers. It is a publication of Tactical Knowledge Publishing, Inc.
This magazine is available on news stands in Reichskamphen and Allanea, and can, with some negotiation, be also made available in your nation. In Allanea, the MSRP is $3 per copy and the subscription price is $30 per year ($15 for the online edition).

If an edition is printed specifically for your nation (as opposed to some company just buying a bunch of copies and importing them) you can assume it is tailored in some way to meet its market. For tech level purposes you can assume different editions exist for FT and MT markets.
