ABOUT VORTEX INDUSTRIES

Vortex Industries was founded in 1952 after the Slacarian economy began to peak world trade, and by 1996 it became Slacaria's leading military contractor, with Vortex’s ‘Dreamcatcher’ P55 Submachine Gun being issued as the Slacarian Military's main standard-issue firearm.

Here at Vortex, we offer a variety of firearms, with multiple variants to choose from to accommodate to every need you the customer might have in terms of ammunition and accessories.

Our firearms feature customisable attachments, lightweight and compact infrastructure, and versatility so that the customer can use our weapons for their every need. Featured in the catalog below are images of examples of ready customised weapons, painted in Slacaria’s national colours and prepared with custom stocks, grips and sights. However, the customer can order any number of customisations as well as custom colours, stocks, calibers, rails, and fixed attachments such as sights or grenade launchers.

P55 "DREAMCATCHER" SUBMACHINE GUN

This weapon originated in 1962 after Poldrian rebels stole weapons from the Slacarian colonisers, repurposing old scrap metal as attachments. Eventually, after the rebels died down, Weapon expert and co-founder of Vortex Jules Corynski refined the weapons and turned them into the new, state-of-the-art weapons used by the military today. The P55 got its name after Corynski used it in his dream to slaughter Poldrian rebels.

The P55 is extremely versatile, proving to be effective both in close quarter situations, such as the Tondoluland Embassy siege of 1987, and also in urban combat. The lightweight design allows it to be customised with sights and extended mags that do not sacrifice weight as much as heavier weapons do. The image below shows it attached with a foldable stock, red dot sight, and silencer. It is painted in black and gold, Slacaria's national colours. SLV-T 'Viper' Assault Rifle

The SLV-T is one of our most basic assault rifles. However what it lacks in complexion it makes up for in history. A rival Black Market arms manufacturing company were rumoured to be producing chemical weaponry that go against the laws of the WA. Naturally, The Slacarian Government sent in a Task force specifically designed to take down the company and destroy the weapons. However, once entering the warehouse, they discovered that the weapons were disguised as assault rifles, therefore thinking nothing of it and leaving the weapons there, however destroyed the warehouse, cutting off the supply. Our men found the rifles and repurposed them into basic military-grade assault rifles.

L-72 M 'Bob' Assault Rifle

The L-72 M, designed in 2013, is on the of our heavier assault rifles. Used to conquer what is now Western Slacaria, it is often used in urban warfare due to its further range and higher accuracy, however its weight makes it difficult to use inside.

Alongside these features, the L-72 M is highly customizable, with possible customisations can include customisation of the stock, sight, and other fixed attachments such as grenade launchers and front grips. The colour can also be customised, with a variety of colours such as black (default), white, khaki, olive green, blue, red, green, pink, silver, golden (not real gold), and various different camo options, and the two 'elite' options, which include black and gold damascus, and Slacarian colours.

HK ML90 'Breathtaker'

The HL ML90 is our most popular assault rifle, and rightfully so. Extremely versatile, it is useful long range, close combat, and urban warfare. Its polymer design makes it light, easily customisable, and easy to handle. It is extremely powerful, with armour piercing up to 80m away. it is the Slacarian 'Death Squad's main weapon of choice.

HK ML90 MK.II

Contrary to its variant, the Mk II is a bullpup, making for faster reload, however heavier with a higher recoil. It too is useful in all ranges, however armour piercing is not as effective, only puncturing military-grade body armour 40m away.

XLR-87 MRP 'Hades'

The XLR-87 rifle, commonly referred to as Hades, is the standard assault rifle used in Special Faction Gamma of the Slacarian Special Forces. It was recently designed for the crowning of the new Emperor, James Hassen III, which he tested at the ceremony in 2015.

Its compact and lightweight features allow for easy manoeuvrability and top-of-the-line handling. These allow for the weapon to be an all-rounder, often used both in tactical, tight special stealth operations, and open, urban warfare. A-13 PUMP ACTION

A classic pump action shotgun, the A-13 is used commonly among police forces for crowd control, especially in rifles. Often fitted with rubber bullets to act as a non-lethal weapon, it has just as much potential to be dangerous in the battlefield.

A sniper variant of the German G36, this almost futuristic weapon has seen the battlefield many times. Although usually not carried by ground forces, it is almost always the first choice for sniper units.

A more powerful version of the ML-90, this gun was created after Marche Noirian weapons dealers complained that the ML-90 wasn't powerful enough.

Used by the Slacarian Death Squad, this submachine gun is a lifesaver in many 'close-call' situations that often appear in such an elite unit. Not only can it be used as a backup when a primary weapon doesn't work, it is also very useful during night/house raid missions due to it's high accuracy in close-quarter combat.

The Nightstalker is what we like to call a 'hit-and-run' vehicle. This IFV was first created after engineer Chris P. Bacon accidentally spilled water on his tank design’s blueprint, creating an armoured vehicle that was not a tank, but used for fighting with the troops. The idea was very popular among the Slacarian Ministry of Defence, and it was implemented into the military shortly after.

'Tartarus' Tactical Armour Set - NVision | UltraTec

Tartarus Tactical Armour Set - Slacarian Variant

An engineering marvel combining technology, versatility and protection, this armour set is used by countless divisions across the world. Not only the standard equipment for the entirety of the Slacarian Special Forces, as well as some factions in the military, but also used by allies and technologically advanced nations as a standard of manufacturing. Available in a multitude of variations, as seen below, this armour set is extremely easy to modify for different situations. Included in this set are shoulder and knee pads, full leg and arm coverages, a full body and waist piece, a utility belt as well as a ballistic mask with NVision Multi-Usage 4 scoped goggles. Underclothing such as a balaclava are not included.

The base armour uses 300nm of graphene (0.0003mm), an extremely lightweight and resistant material, that is capable of stopping a bullet at an astonishing 100nm. This allows for increased movement in terms of speed, weight, flexibility, and of course, resistance. Furthermore, the microtech used in this set allow for endless aesthetic customisations. The tactical combat boots, also known as Talaria, are coated with aerogel, create virtually nonexistent sound, as well as being ultralight. The armoured tactical gloves allow for increased grip on almost all firearms, and thanks to UltraTec, can increase stability when firing.
