The tank should be able to run in hot and humid conditions, up to a temperature of 40 degrees celcius outside of the tank. The crew compartment should be conditioned appropriately to workable conditions, ideally below 25 degrees celcius. The tank will not be expected to operate in conditions below 8 degrees Celsius.

The MBT's weight restrictions should enable it to be transported by strategic airlift, a minimum of 1 per aircraft, optimally 2.

What is the wished terrain pressure and what types of difficult terrain should the vehicle be expected to traverse?

Are active protection systems welcome and if yes than what types of said APS are? Should they provide all-around coverage or be focused on the front of the vehicle?

About engines- would a gas turbine engine be acceptable? Although it is not a diesel engine per say, it is able to use diesel fuel. I understand that if a vehicle is expected to operate in desert it may be a problem, but it can be fixed by installing filters.

M35A2 Cataphract with Full Spectrum Warfare Modular Armour B-Kit

The M35A2-2020 Cataphract is a fifth-generation armoured fighting vehicle with advanced combat manoeuvre, situational awareness, firepower and protection systems. It is designed for high-speed offensive and breakthrough operations as well as defensive fire support and urban pacification missions. Ir has a deep fording capability and low acoustic and thermal signature hybrid electric power train for superior manoeuvrability and survivability on the battlefield.

Sequoia Dynamics Land Systems also produces a line of support vehicles of main battle tank class protection and mobility purpose-designed to support the M35A2 Cataphract. These include the M23A1 Hyena family of maintenance-recovery, combat engineering and obstacle clearance vehicles, the M22A3 Coyote bridge layer, M34A3 Hoplite Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle and SPGH-155 Ferōx self-propelled gun-howitzer.

Although the engine is not a diesel engine, you can use diesel as fuel with 90 % - 95 % fuel efficiency compared to the fuel it is made for, but it won't effect the performance of the engine.
