IC: With the recently passed Global Entente of Nations and Alliances resolution known as the Fair Trade Act, the GENA has officially opened up its Outer Economic Zone for foreign, non-GENA nations to join with. The benefits include as much as gaining representation in the GENA’s very own Legislative Assembly, which includes economic laws.
Q:
What is an Outer Economic Zone?
A:
Great Question! An Outer Economic Zone, or OEZ, is an alliance-exclusive economic bloc that is strictly for the application of easier trade between the GENA’s member nations and non-GENA members.
Q:
What would be the benefits of joining the OEZ?
A:
The OEZ not only allows for trade between members of the GENA and non-members to be more facilitated, but also provides revenue for both the host of the OEZ and for the nations and corporations that operate within it. This can also be beneficial because by joining up, the host nation is given representation in the GENA Legislative Assembly with a very special voting status that allows for complete observer status with the exception of voting upon certain economic laws.
