1. You can’t just sink and nuke and not letting the person you’re attacking react, it’s godmodding.
2. One-liners are shit RP and prove you can’t win without oversimplification
3. You can’t unvoid things, it’s up to the person attacked to void things
4. You aren’t original, there having been hundreds of slave trades opened in the last few days
5. Selling slaves isn’t efficient, productive and is costly, so using it in the modern day is just useless
6. If you sell slaves you are either an edgelord, ignorant, or you can’t accept progress, or a mix of all three

OOC: The problem isn't mostly when someone started a slave trade, yes slavery is absolutely disgusting, but they go like 'haha I sell slaves' and wait for people to notice them and attack.

True its a plague. What I think is happening is some people saw the start of the slave crusade and wanted to do it themselves. And that's the domino affect

It has come to our attention that the slave trade has grown so large within the world that some have seen it fit to initiate the sale of men, women, and children, human beings, into slavery. These people, these nations, have engaged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of freedom and liberty.

In the Portuguese Constitution, Article IX, Line 3, it reads, "(The fundamental tasks of the Portuguese state shall be) To guarantee the fundamental human rights and freedoms for the respect of the democratic process..." It can therefore be concluded that it is a constitutional duty of Reorganized Portugal to defend the fundamental rights of man both within and abroad from our shores. We have seen it fit to declare slavery is a direct violation of human rights, and must be stopped.

Any and all of your slave fleets entering Portuguese waters will be confronted by the full might of the Portuguese Navy, and you will hand the human cargo aboard said fleets to our custody. Failure to comply will result in the sinking of your fleets.

Any and all of your slave-transport aircraft entering Portuguese territorial airspace will also be intercepted by the Portuguese Air Force, and you will be forced to land and hand over any slaves onboard to our custody. Failure to do so will result in the shooting down of your aircraft and the cruel death of human life.
