At 7:24pm, Principal Riesling signed an executive memo ordering the Division of Finance to accept the wire transfer of 765,120.00 duruns from the nation of Bigpipstan in exchange for a promise to deliver 1 ton of silver bullion. The memo also instructs the funds to be contributed to the existing International Zoshilour Refugee Assistance Fund (IZRAF), which shall be expanded to cover refugees from the nation of Utquiagvik, effective 29 March 2022. This brings the total funds in the IZRAF treasury account to 1,015,120.00 duruns.
