The Republic of Pine Petroleum and Energy Consortium (ROPPEC), a state owned company, has been authorized to release surplus refined petrochemical products for international sale. Prices reflect the cost of production and quantities are limited to stock on hand. Export taxes and steel drum deposits will be waived. Bulk purchases (the entire stock of a single item) will receive an automatic 10% discount. A flat rate transportation fee by ROP partners of 1,000 NSD will be applied to each order.
