Can we buy the formula for these vaccines so that a private company can manufacturer it in our nation and that the government can buy those doses and distribute them for free to our citizens and citizens of foreign nations? How much would it cost to buy the rights to the formula, and how many doses can we manufacture per month? If we cannot buy the right to the formula and rights to manufacture it, than we'll take either 100 million doses or 200 million doses, depending on the specifics of the vaccines?
