However, rest assured that the 29 train sets are being constructed simultaneously in 3 different assembly railyards, and will be immediately sent in multiple batches at the Port of Magdalenenburg City. After a thorough voting from the JaRail Worker's Council, the JaRail Labor Union have approved to lend in 25x JRM-3 EMU trains for total price of 150 million NSDs, which will be sent in batches towards the Port of Vallée for transfer. As part of the acquisition, extra bogies, parts, the operator manual and maintenance documents will be sent, along with extra circuit boxes and other necessary equipment. As requested, the JRM-3 livery would be in plain white color, allowing the Belfort Metro Authority to designate their own design. The trains would be constructed in Kamayacha City Railyard 24, 12, 16, and 32, which will be followed by a 200 hours trial run to fully determine and test the trains before being put into service. May our trains serve well on the first lightrail commuter line and be at service for the people.

The ships will be constructed in Magochyo shipyard 8, 9, 11, and 12, and at the Maricha shipyard 42, 46, and 47, to be sent for transfer at the Lexington National Shipyards. Prior to the delivery, the ships will undertake and pass on a 3 week sea trials, ensuring that the ships will be sea-worthy and on expectations. As part of the acquisition, long term supply maintenance is guaranteed, and extra parts for facilities and components would be sent. This also includes the ship's maintenance logs and other necessary documents required. Before we commence the formalities of an official business transaction, We would like to preface this document with a warm greetings to the diligent and hardworking men and women of the Janpian International Workers Union Exports program.

The Koyago Defence Force seeks to modernise its aging arsenal of military hardware. We are an island nation, and access to the sea is crucial to our economy and way of life in many different ways. it is not within our best interests to allow our ability to secure our territorial waters to be impeded by a lack of technological prowess.

Therefore, the Koyago Ministry of Defence has set aside a considerable sum of 10.5 billion NSD$ of our currency, the New Ryo 両 , to secure new equipment for our nation's armed forces. Our standing army sits at a total of 16,000 personnel, with an additional 20,000 part time reservists. We hope to equip this entire force, as well as allocate a certain number of guns to our law enforcement.
