Services are provided either by phone call appointment, or first come first serve. For more exotic requests involving items or actions we're not used to providing, a three-day waiting period is required as well as a nominal fee to cover these charges. Regular visitors are encouraged to get a Membership.

Membership has two tiers, Silver and Gold. Silver members can request specific staff members during their visits, bump down other appointments of individuals without membership as well as the occasional discount. Gold members have the same perks are Silver members, save that they can also bump down Silvers for priority. If a Gold member has an exotic request, such items will always be kept in a stock. In addition, non-member sessions can be ended earlier if the Gold member wants a particular room or staff member. Both membership types are able to do walk-ins on Tuesdays.

All rooms have been extensively sound proofed so as to block out undesirable noises from any adjacent individuals and to make the sessions that much more private. Identification is required at the door, Half Up will not keep, reveal or give away any information of the clientele. First timers are required to undergo some routine medical tests, unless they can provide their latest physical from a doctor, merely to ensure their safety.

A team of trained medical professions are on the staff as a precaution to any emergency that may result. Safety, is the primary focus.

The secondary room branches off of the main lobby. This area contains a dance floor, tables, bar and a DJ Station. This area is for mingling or just routine clubbing. Music here is done by request and the discounts related to Wednesday and Thursday are also applicable here.

The back of the building takes up a full quarter of the building, this area is strictly off limits and is accessible only by a pair of doors under watch by the higher ends of Half Up's security. This area likewise has some rooms customers would be used to, but typically these rooms are used only for someone who won't get to leave in a body bag. A loading bay frequented by their nondescript white utility vans will be coming and leaving, delivering supplies requested by guests or more illicit goods for the back rooms.
