The TOTO is a treaty organization for like minded nations who like Sovereignty from all world order powers. In joining the TOTO we are a world organization but we values of nations similarly like minded to Texkentuck and the Union of Conservative Capitalist Republic. The organizations members work in free trade with each other to make great trade and to eventually build a coalition to change the world assembly as a whole through proposal that is social conservative and sound in sovereignty when it comes to economics. Our organization first and formost is here to fund your nation against regulation forced upon a nation or to help nations who need funding in the private sector. TOTO has a budget thus far of 1,000,000 NSD by submitting more than the budget your nation will not get gain. If a nation submits more of a donation than our budget at the moment this will be a donation which will make it possible for other nations to get more in return. Please keep that in mind. In being a member of TOTO we will send lawyers to your nations to take on WA inspectors and to meet the challenge to help your nation meet the challenge. Currently in the WA doctors aren't allowed to make the choice to not perform abortion. Our organization will be here to help your nation not follow such laws and continued to be a nation of moral sovereignty. TOTO nations will work in collaboration to help buisness in private sector have funds to research to clean up and prevent a national disaster or oil spill as well.
