Furthermore, Dar Al-Badawi companies are prohibited from doing business in England, receiving donations from English citizens or organisations, and any exports to & imports from the Emirate are criminalised. The Government of England shall not recognise Dar al-Badawi justice nor does it trust in the Emirate’s words on any matter.

An Act for the Condemnation of the Emirate of Al-Badw

WHEREAS the institution of slavery in all ways, shapes and forms, wageless labour and the international and intranational trafficking of men for the purpose thereof infringe the most fundamental principles of the God-given Rights of Man; And whereas it is the moral duty of the Kingdom and Empire of Britannia to in righteous fury combat such an institution at the front of the brotherhood of civilised nations; and whereas it has been demonstrated by its own hand the participation of the polity known as the Emirate of Dar al-Badw in international trafficking of humans for the purpose of furthering the institution of slavery;

RECOGNISING that the Emirate of Dar al-Badw professes violations of international law and abuses fundamental Rights of Man;

and CONCERNED that the dehumanisation, disempowerment, disenfranchisement and humiliation endured by the so-called 'unfree persons' outs the Emirate of Dar al-Badw as a polity with no respect for the most fundamental Human Dignity;

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, That from and after the twenty-first Day of August Two thousand and twenty-one, the Emirate of Dar al-Badw be viewed as a Rogue State in full violation of both code and spirit of the Rights of Man by the Kingdom;

BE IT FURTHER ENACTED That His Majesty's Government view the Bedouin Government and those individuals employed thereby, and those legal persons, natural or juridicial, of Bedouin origin to practice, further or in any way profit from institutional slavery in the Emirate of Dar al-Badw, as criminals against humanity, to be punished to the full extent of the Kingdom's power; to realise the full meaning of this resolution the Lords and Commons in this present Parliament assembled:

MANDATE That sanctions be declared on the Bedouin Government and those individuals employed thereby; and that the aforesaid be declared persona non grata by His Majesty's Government,

DEMAND that measures be taken by His Majesty's Government to welcome in refuge those of non-Mohammedan profession fleeing the brutal persecution of the Bedouin State,

AFFIRM That His Majesty's Government prohibit Bedouin Legal Persons, natural or juridicial, from doing business in Britannia; and outlaw any and all forms of trade between the Britannic Nation and her Commonwealth and the Bedouin State,

DECLARE That His Majesty's Government cease immediately to recognise Bedouin justice, the legitimacy of the Bedouin cause and the integrity of his word;

ESTABLISH That His Majesty's Armed Forces by the way of land, air and sea seize and secure any and all vessels thought to contain those trafficked for the furthering of the institution of Slavery,

RECOMMEND That the full might of His Majesty's Armed Forces and His Majesty's Government's diplomatic arms be employed to organise a total naval blockade on the Bedouin State in the Persian Gulf and Sea of Oman limiting ships flying the Bedouin jack to no more than 2 nautical miles' distance of Bedouin coasts,

and INVITE fellow Civilised Nations to establish a united front against the Bedouin State to the extent that by force of arms or pressure it to outlaw the institution of slavery.

His Royal Highness the Viceroy of the North American Union, with the Standing Committee of the General Council of State for the Viceroy's Assistance, makes an Order invoking aspects of the Constitution and statutes and the relevant executing legislation for combating the slave trade and the institution of slavery, on the advice of the Ministers of Defence, of External and United Commonwealth Affairs, of Justice, of Finance, and of Home Affairs.

Order-in-Council by His Royal Highness regarding combating the slave trade and related practices in accordance with the Amistad Declaration as of 2 September 2019, the Amistad Declaration Act 2019, the General Act Against Slavery 1995, the Import-Export Control Act 1939, and the Asylum Act 1975 applied to Dar Al-Badw and those who aid and abet Dar Al-Badw:

Any public or private officials, individuals, and entities of Dar Al-Badw and those who aid and abet Dar Al-Badw (hereby known as Allies of Dar Al-Badw) by promoting the slave trade are hereby sanctioned and condemned by the North American Union and by the United British Commonwealth of Nations (hereby referred to as the United Commonwealth or UC), and are subject to the following:
- Non-exportation of any goods, services, and monies produced by the North American Union or other Nations of the United Commonwealth to Dar Al-Badw and her Allies, and non-importation of any goods, services, and monies into the North American Union or other Nations of the United Commonwealth from Dar Al-Badw and her Allies; this shall apply to all individuals, governments, organizations, corporations, and affiliated non-state actors that conduct business with the Dar Al-Badw and her Allies,
- Physical, financial, and digital assets of the Dar Al-Badw and her Allies shall be frozen and seized, and that these assets be given to the emancipated as compensation for physical, emotional, and psychological harm done unto them for their period of bondage plus additional compensation deemed by courts of law in criminal and civil cases,
- Any foreign national (including governmental officials, civil servants, and enlisted and officers of armed forces or equivalent armed group, including mercenaries in service to any member) of Dar Al-Badw or her Allies, or any foreign national who is affiliated or conducting business with Dar Al-Badw and her Allies, who are discovered to have engaged in the slave trade or the institution of slavery on North American soil or in territorial waters, United Commonwealth member Nations or Externally Associated States' soils or waters, or on the soils or in the waters of the Amistad Declaration's signatories, or found upon the high seas or in international airspace by NAU, UC or Amistad signatory military or police forces shall be arrested and indicted with the relevant international and domestic laws against slavery, the slave trade, human trafficking, and human rights,
- Any vessel or mode of transportation found to be in engaging in the slave trade, slavery, and human trafficking shall be impounded and any slaver and any individuals and materials supporting the slaver shall be detained, and any enslaved persons shall be freed and offered protection by the Crown of the North American Union and the other Nations of the United British Commonwealth,
- Any enslavement of any North American citizen or protected person, United British Commonwealth subject, or of any citizen or protected persons of the Amistad Declaration signatories, shall be considered an act of aggression against the North American Union, United Commonwealth, and the Amistad signatories and will be dealt with proportionally and swiftly, and any armed action against the North American Union, a member of the United Commonwealth, and Amistad signatories by any allied or affiliated individuals and organizations in support of Dar Al-Badw and her Allies shall be subject to the response and the justice of the North American Union, the United Commonwealth, and any Amistad Declaration signatory,
- Letters of marque may be issued by the NAU general government if deemed appropriate, as well as reprisals,
- And in accordance with international law and the Amistad Declaration, individuals and organizations connected to Dar Al-Badw engaged in the slave trade and related practices shall be considered hostis humani generis (enemy of all mankind), and subject to the justice of the nation against the slaver,
- Further action may be taken upon recommendation by the Standing Committee with further Orders-in-Council in accordance with the General Act Against Slavery 1995, Import-Export Control Act 1939, Asylum Act 1975, and Amistad Declaration Act 2019.
