anyone may enter or leave nolo gap, cameroi, or any member of the cameroi commonwealth (which currently only includes nolo gap in addition to cameroi itself),
any time they feel like it as long as they're not traveling in groups of more then twenty, carrying lethal arms and wearing uniformes.
however, none may expect any sort of special treatment, deplomatic immunity, et al, any different then anyone else doing so.
so any publicity or special security they'll have to provide for themselves. sorry that includes religious leaders, just like anyone else.
but feel free, they are welcome. just don't expect any special treatment from the government or the populas.
(and be advised, all forms of christianity, and most other religions from planet earth, are a very very tiny minority of our population,
we do have our own religions, though no single one of them represents more then a third of our population, and most are more like daoist or zen)
