Ramzan Varenofsky, a gruff looking man in his 40s, stands near a table slightly hunched over. He stares at a number of documents that have been placed on the table and throws them aside. He sports a brown mustache, something reminiscent of an old Soviet general. He takes his right hand and begins twirling the mustache before he turns to his left. A male minister, an aged and rather frail looking man stands near a counter. He gives a curt not to Ramzan before moving his mouth to speak.
"As you can see," the minister says, "things aren't looking great. I suspect that the proceedings at the CUJC are going... terribly right now. I believe that some segments of the VPP are going to well..." The man turns over to his right. A young woman is standing with a shrewd look on her face.
"What Konstantine means to say is that those weak coalitions are starting to actually get together, and I don't think Hjalmar knows exactly the deep shit he's in. I fully suspect Gunnar Hadradason to try something. We know he's got the backing of the CSW and UF. Parts of the VIAD and OSIS are on his side to."
Konstantine coughed. His body looked as if a single blow of wind would push him several feet. "Ramzan, I think we need to start thinking about the future of this nation and, particularly, of our well-being. Give him the proposal Katarina."
The young woman handed Ramzan another document. "This," she said, "is an account being offered by Independence Hill. I think it would be... prudent to keep some money offshore. There may be a time when we need to hide overseas."
Konstantine chimed in. "Everyone else does it, I swear."
Ramzan looked coldly. He cracked a few knuckles. "Give me a pen," he seemed to whisper. Beads of sweat welted around his eyes. "This civil war isn't over and the damn idiots want to start another?"

Ramzan was staring at the document sent from USIH Central Bank & Trust. He turned to Konstantine, who clearly looked like he was missing sleep. "So... uh... how did we screw up the currency conversion so bad? Isn't that like... your job?"
Konstantine shifted awkwardly. He clearly wanted to get out of the room as quick as possible. He cleared his throat. "Well... I guess we may have made a few rounding errors."
Ramzan raised an eye brow. "Rounding errors huh?" Ramzan slammed a fist down onto the table, making Konstantine jump. Yet, Ramzan's voice was smooth, calm, and distinctly soft. "I ask that we rectify this as smoothly as possible. I hope next time we don't have any rounding errors, or I might have to round down the number of staff I employ, if you know what I mean."
Konstantine quickly prepared a new document and shoved it to Ramzan's hands.
