To make a purchase of a crate of 96 shells of a variety of lethal types of chemical weapons the cost comes to one truck ton filled with crude oil barrels.

Do to the nature of the cargo will only load cargo on c-130's or naval cargo ships.
Do you need us to deliver and where?

If your nation would like to pick up the cargo yourself here are the options?:

A: You fly a small cargo plane into the runway of the weapons facility where it will be checked and load with 1 crate of chemical weapons upon purchase over a duration.

B:You fly a max number of 2 C-130's which will be escorted by the Texkentuck Royal Air Force in our airspace " your nation may have a max of 4 fighters to land for refueling." The chemical weapons will be highly guarded and loaded for delivery.

How does your nation plan for us to collect our barrels of oil?
A: We land at an airport with a c-130 and fighter jets for security reasons and what is allowed for necessary security?
B: You load on a cargo ship and you meet our Royal Navy half way to unload on our guarded cargo ship?
