And can you keep your head, your backbone, or your heart?
We all found out the answer on the day it fell apart.
Overview: The modern world is a place of much hazard. Civil wars, terror attacks and full-scale conflicts have often left thousands injured. In these circumstances, standard peacetime medical facilities find themselves unable to deal with the influx of wounded. To assist in resolving the problem, Allanean Arms is proposing the Nightingale Role 1 Mobile Aid Station.
This is, in principle, a medical truck equipped with a generator and pumps capable of deploying, within 45 minutes, a pair of rapid-inflation tents, each about 32 square meters in area. One serves as an assessment and first-aid tent, and in the other, those patients requiring evacuation await evacuation. [Each of these has the capacity for 9 patients on folding beds and 4 walking wounded.
The tents are heated/cooled and kept at overpressure if needed for CBRN or other purposes using an onboard Climate Control Station.

The tents fully deployed.
Operations: The vehicle carries a team of 4 personnel - by design, a physician and three paramedics, who are also responsible for driving the vehicle and operating the equipment on board. For full operation, additional personnel, carried on additional vehicles, are recommended (at least a total of 6 personnel per shift). These are divided into two teams, one conducting first aid and triage, and the other preparing patients who require evacuation and attending to them in the pre-evacuation tent.
Equipment: The Nightingale is equipped with an assembly of advanced medical equipment as necessary for emergency operations:
1.A lockable medication refrigerator, bolted down to the vehicle interior to prevent theft of any controlled or rare medications + a non-temperature-controlled lockable medication cabinet.
2. Two emergency resuscitation equipment modules.
3. Two primary medical care equipment modules.
Module contents are not listed, but can be customised to national requirements, supply chains and regulations on a case by case basis.
4. Oxygen cylinders for emergency use.
5. x8 stretchers
6. Medical electronics equipment, including but not limited to x 5 AEDs, suction units, and x18 monitoring units

7. Mounted in the vehicle cab is the medical post headquarters equipment, in the form of a dashboard-mounted computer, a digital radio system and a possible uplink to a field cable or civilian phone network.
