And with that short amount of time and a rather limited backstory, VCL was born! Valentian Constructions Limited - we make building things easy. That is perhaps because we literally does. When the Valentians have too much time on their hands and they need to hone in on their physique, to help finish wonders, or simply to alleviate the awful market of free labor, Valentine Z is here to save a day or two with VCL.
Whether or not you are trying to build a small house, or a rather grandiose hotel, or an amusement park, we got you covered with our affordable packages! We accept almost every kind of building or projects that you need, as long as you are not asking us to build: military installations, internment camps, torture chambers, prisons (unless it's one of those nice prison types), and perhaps a few others that we see fit (namely ones that violate common decency). We have the rights to decline and refuse your order if we feel that the project in question is going to be something we would rather not associate our name with.
Meet the Crew
VCL consists of the usual Valentian personnel and pride, of course. Each with their differing ability, as well as their own expertise, VCL will ensure that every construction project is finished down to the last details, every safety system being tested thoroughly. Trust us when we say that we will ensure that the projects you order from us will be built to last, and to the safest extent of the Valentian Law and of your own country's laws. The Sixty are the main crew, but if needed be, there will always be extra hands.

Our Affordable Prices
Obviously, VCL is established not with money in mind. After all, we are bringing the affordable and efficient nature of the Valentians' woodwork into your country without the use of questionable labour, or even contractors that you think might be asking a little too much from you. Unfortunately, the prices covered here are all purely construction work, so you will still need to provide your own material. In the event that you can't, Gwen will simply provide the material.
The prices below might subject to a change here and there, but we hope that they will not be outrageous for the likes of many!
Urgent completion of a project will cost 50% extra.

DISCLAIMER: By submitting a form, you hereby declare that you will not be using the building, or associating the Valentians with the nefarious purposes of the building in the future. For example, while we can guarantee that a school will be built just as it is, we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for a hostile takeover your country might have that might have the school doubled as a terrorist indoctrination center.
Once the order is submitted, 10% down-payment received, and we having ran through the needed paperwork, we will commence with the construction of your new project.

- No hard tech limit. FanT might not see a lot of usage, and it might be a bit difficult for a PT nation, but hey, I am flexible. ♥
- Keep it PG-13 and AGAIN, I will not accept - ICly or otherwise - buildings or orders that I deem are questionable. It's up to my own discretion.
- You can roleplay the down-payment being sent, but I will just assume that your nation paid and that it went smoothly. If you want to RP a price negotiation or the payment, that is fine too, just post it up.
- Construction is flexible! For instance, you will not get an 100,000 audience capacity stadium if you want anything else. Just put it in the remarks! ^^
- I will add more stuff as I go along, with substantiated bump-posts to cover them. So it's not all "What you see is what you get"... not yet.
- The projects either happen concurrently, or sequentially. Ahh, suspension of disbelief. Either way, you will have the full Valentian team working for you most of the time.
