Actually, lots of people have stated they liked my equations for various stats and have used NS stats. I don't exactly know what your issue is because I've never told anyone that I know better than they did. And, if you consider this a 'hellsite', why do you still play?
NS stats are canon. We are not a copy of the United States of America, just a nation with American elements. The large star in the middle of our flag is to symbolize the executive nation as a uniting force while the crown above is to symbolize that this executive nation also has central banking powers. We are still a democratic republic, with a president, two houses of congress, and a judicial branch.

True, but you have to take into account how much your currency is worth. It may say $5.12, but your buying power could be much higher.

After looking at your currency, one Shenar is worth $3.18. 5.12 x 3.18 = $16.28 in terms of raw buying power.

That's good stuff. Now, go to my region and click our economic calculation post. Find out how much your currency is worth in dollars and multiply by your minimum wage to get raw buying power.

the minimum wage, which is referred to in Nevertopia as the "living wage" is tied to the nation's economic growth so that people at the bottom will always have enough money to live comfortably. The same can be said to all income so that the economy is always paying a certain percentage of its growth and investing it back to the individual's purchasing power.

This leads to less promotions in an industry but higher starting wages as more experienced workers switch between corporate entities who will pay their new worth, thus shaping market competition in the worker's favour. This has had almost no impact in the net growth of any industry and corporation as studies have shown the money that the people are paid for gets reinvested back into the economy through necessary and non-essential purchases which further drives the bottom line for many economic entities.

The market also shows that even though the living wage handles all the individual's necessities, people still endeavour to be successful, dispelling the unfounded 20th century Earth claims that paying people enough to live makes them lazy. If anything, a better economic position leads people to work beyond their needs and gives opportunity to pursue passions and educations that improve quality of life which reduces costs associated with violent/non-violent crime and mental health including addictions.

In your nation, one Maro = $3.78

Your minimum wage is 9.85, which is equal to $37.23

All is converted to USD.

Minimum Wage: Avg income of the poor divided by Public Education (if public education value is zero or a negative number, no minimum age is established. Nations with high minimum wage may also have a high inflation rate, but more experimentation is required to know for sure.)

Absolute Exchange Rate: √(GRP Per Capita * EPR / 404,000,000) This is going to be the square root of (GRP per capita multiplied by the Economic Productivity Rating and then divided by 404,000,000). I did not come up with the formula for calculating the exchange rate. That is borrowed from the NSDossier economic formulae.

How Economic Data is Calculated in the United States of Independence Hill
This is going to be a pretty straightforward post outlining how our economic data is calculated and compiled, line item.

Population: All City, State, and Federal employees, military personnel, and citizenry are added together.

Lifespan: NationStates Trends.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IQ: (√((HDI + Intelligence + Health) - (Ignorance) x Productivity Score) / 100) + ECS = IQ

Example:

(HDI + Intelligence + Health) - (Ignorance) = z

z * Productivity Score = (y)

√(y) / 100 = x

x + Economic Classification Score = IQ.

65.49 + 40.99 + 4.06 = 110.54

110.54 - 4.78 = 105.76

105.76 x 35,000 = 3,701,600

√(3,701,600) = 1,923.9542614106

1,462.46367476 / 100 = 19.2395426141

19.2395426141 + 85 = 104.2395426141

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Economic Productivity Rating: This is used in an equation that tracks the exchange rate of the Universal Treasury Note. A value is attached to whichever classification the economy is given. Example: Frightening = 50,000 and is the maximum. The scoring for this is inspired by NS Economic Formulae, but not identical. Scoring is set by the United States of Independence Hill but not totally far off from NS Economic Formulae scoring.

Unemployment Rate:

Calculations based on NS Trends using the latest technology the United States of Independence Hill has to offer.

Independence Hill- Adding realism to the game

(100 - Employment) / Black Market = (X + Unemployment Score) as a percentage

100 - 81 = 19

19 / 217.8 (Blackmarket converted into a decimal) = 0.088

0.088 + 2 = 2.088%

Exports: NSDossier

Imports: NSDossier

Balance of Trade: How much more or less are we importing than exporting...

Minimum Wage: Avg income of the poor divided by Public Education (if public education value is zero or a negative number, no minimum age is established. Nations with high minimum wage may also have a high inflation rate, but more experimentation is required to know for sure.)

Average Exchange Rate: Exchange rate averaged between members of the region, values taken from NSDossier.

Absolute Exchange Rate: √(GRP Per Capita * EPR / 404,000,000) This is going to be the square root of (GRP per capita multiplied by the Economic Productivity Rating and then divided by 404,000,000).

Inflation: Subtract the starting date exchange rate from the end date exchange rate and divide by the starting date exchange rate. Multiply by 100 and your answer is the rate as a percentage.

Federal Income Tax: Set by the United States of Independence Hill and applies to every citizen of every State in the nation.

State Income Tax: Each member of the United States of Independence Hill region is classified by the Federal Government as a State and their taxes apply only to the citizens of their State.

Average Income: NationStates Trends.

Consumer Spending: NSDossier.

GRP: GDP of all members added together

GRP per capita: NS Trends (GRP / Population)

Federal Budget: The budget percentage is listed in the Government section of the main page the Federal Government resides. That percentage is applied to GRP.

Federal Spending: This can also be found in the Government section of the main page Federal Government resides. Multiple States provide more tax payers and a larger GRP, which expands the Federal Budget, but they do not bring further expenses with them.

Money Supply: GDP or GRP minus 50 Trillion. NS Trends

Savings & Investment: GDP or GRP minus Consumer Spending.

Velocity of Money: GDP or GRP divided by Money Supply. NS Trends

Joseph Stockdale Business Index: Combines values of all industries minus arms and automobile manufacturing in NS Trends.

Erickson Manufacturing Index: Value of manufacturing in NS Trends.

Varnacki Agricultural Index: Value of agricultural output in NS Trends.

Economic Productivity, Classification, & Unemployment score Scores: (Productivity / Classification / *Unemployment Score)

Frightening = 50,000 / 100 / +2

All-Consuming = 45,000 / 95 / +2.50

Powerhouse = 40,000 / 90 / +3.00

Thriving = 35,000 / 85 / +3.50

Very Strong = 30,000 / 80 / +4.00

Strong = 25,000 / 75 / +4.50

Good = 20,000 / 70 / +5.00

Developing = 5,000 / 55 / +8.00

Struggling = 3,000 / 50 / +9.00

I don't use NS stats, but this is a really cool system you have! Nice job!

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the feedback and nice words.
