Myrmidon Security Services Ltd is a private firm, registered and based within the Republic of Port Ember.

The Company specialises in a wide range of private security and private military services, and is thus capable of performing various activities within the sector. Whatever your needs - Myrmidon has it covered!

History:

Myrmidon Security Services Ltd was established by retired Task Force 79 (Port Ember Security Forces Special Forces) Colonel Danny Archer in 2018, directly after receiving his Honourable Discharge from the Port Ember Security Forces. Colonel (Ret) Archer realised that although his military career had come to an end - the global threat to lives and assets has not. In response, the Colonel bought a farm on the banks of Lake Pearl; Greenfields Borough; Port Ember Megalopolis, and immediately went to work with establishing a private compound - and a world class security firm.

A firm believer in absolute excellence, professionalism and excellence, the Colonel made the decision to only employ former Port Ember Security Forces and Port Ember Secret Service personnel, specifically targeting the ex Task Force 79 operators. As the Colonel would say "If you want the best results - hire the best folk for the job."

Upon its founding, the Company only focused on providing Close Protection Services and High Risk Property Protection services from the onset, however it has recently grown to provide a much larger base of services for the potential client, and is capable today to deliver many services which most other global Private Security or Private Military companies can provide - coupled with the famous Port Emberian passion and drive.

Detail - Close Protection Services Contract

Standard Team Size: 10 Members

Team Experience: Team Members to be contracted will have a MINIMUM of 10 years operational experience as Task Force 79 Operators (Special Forces) or Port Ember Secret Service Operators.

Tasks to perform:

- Close Protection (defend the client 24/7 wherever he/she may be);

- Advanced Driver + Security Escort;

- Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detection. This team is supported by a sniffer/attack dog with his handler;

- Electronic (bug) Detection;

- Counter Sniper Monitoring;

- Pre-searching of facilities;

- Background checks of visitors/personnel who may meet the client;

- Specialization against assasination/kidnapping attempts;

Additional Equipment:

2 x Modified Mercedes Benz Sedans (Ballistic glass; Bullet Proof bodywork; Foam filled gas tank; Run flat tires; additional battery pack; radio system; Reinforced bumpers; fire extinguisher) will be shipped to the customer's nation, which will be used to transport the client safely.

Furthermore, 1 x MH-6 "Little Bird" Helicopter will be allocated to the mission, which can be used to provide Sniper Cover and advanced surveillance for the benefit of the client.

Common Assignments:

To give the prospective client an idea on the types of tasks we are commonly contracted for (but not limited to):

- Long Term Close Protection Officer Contracts (Bodyguarding) for Very Important Persons (VIP's), over a long period of time. With our level of skills and expertise, we outperform any State Owned Security Service any day!

- Medium Term Close Protection Officer Contracts (Bodyguarding) for VIP's. For example when the prospective client must travel to a foreign nation for a set period of time.

- Short Term Close Protection Officer Contracts (Bodyguarding) for VIP's. For example when the prospective client attends a high risk event for a set period of time.

Ps. VIP's include any wealthy, powerful or famous person, like National Leaders (and their families), Businessmen, Politicians, High Ranking Government Officials, High Ranking Judges, Celebrities, Pop Stars etc.

Detail - Facility Protection Services Contract

Normal Team Size: 30 Members; however depends on the specific facility and mission.

Team Experience: All Members of the team will have, at minimum, 6 years of combat experience whilst serving in the Port Ember Security Forces.

Tasks to perform:

- The main task is to defend the Client's Office/Residence/chosen high risk facility against any attack, be it from an internal or external threat.

- Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detection. This team is supported by two sniffer/attack dogs with their handlers.

- Electronic (bug) Detection

- Access Control

- Emergency Reaction

- The team will permanently increase the physical security levels of the premises at the Company's cost. This includes, but is not limited to - CCTV system, Electronic gates, biometric access control systems, bulletproof doors and windows etc.

Common Assignments:

To give the prospective client an idea on the types of tasks we are commonly contracted for (but not limited to):

- Protection of the residences/offices of a Very Important Person (VIP).

- Protection of infrastructure of a client. For example, protecting foreign company's oil rigs, offices, factories or an embassy in an unstable nation.

- Providing top class security at a high risk event like a political summit or special event.

Detail - Private Military Training Contracts

Normal Team Size: 30 Members; however depends on the specific objectives.

Team Experience: All Members of the team will have, at minimum, 8 years of combat & training experience whilst serving in the Port Ember Security Forces.

Tasks to perform:

The Company is able to provide military training services to its clients, capable in providing first class skills development for the rank & file; Non Commissioned Officers; Warrant Officers and Officers in a massive variety of different specialisations, namely:

- Light Infantry (including Equestrian Infantry & Motorcycle Infantry);
- Motorised Infantry;
- Mechanised Infantry;
- Armoured Infantry;
- Air Landed Infantry;
- Airborne Infantry;
- Amphibious Infantry;

Detail - Private Military Contractor Contracts

Normal Team Size: Depends on the specific objectives and team requirements.

Team Experience: All Members of the team will have, at minimum, 10 years of combat experience whilst serving in the Port Ember Security Forces.

Capabilities:

Due to the fact the Myrmidon is still a young and growing company, it does not currently possess the capability of fielding a large conventional force upon the battlefield, for example full sized battalions. Instead, it is able to provide unique, tier one special operations teams to the client, able to execute missions where surgical skill, experience and bravery is required. The following teams are available to be deployed, modeled to an extent, on the Task Force 79 special forces units of the Port Ember Security Forces:

- Commando Units;
- Special Reconnaissance Units;
- Counter Terrorist Units;
- Special Supply Units.

- High Value Offensive Actions;
- Large Scale Guerilla Warfare;

- High Risk resupply to deployed units;

Currently, the company lacks certain vehicles and equipment (for example tanks & aircraft), but will be acquired as time progresses.

Contract Stipulations:

The following contractual obligations are of note when hiring Myrmidon Security Solutions:

1. For Close Protection and Facility Protection contracts, the contract fee will be negotiated before commencement of operations, and the total payment is to be made upfront to the Company, before deployment is to take place.

2. For other contracts, the contract fee will be negotiated before commencement of operations, and 50% of this total must be paid to the Company before deployment is to take place, and the remaining 50% is to be paid within one month of its completion.

3. Additional fees may become required during the execution of the contract, and this will be added to the total amount owed to the Company, after discussions with the client.

4. All payments are to be paid electronically into the Company's account, in NSD.

5. Myrmidon Security Solutions will determine the required amount of operators during contract negotiations.

6. Please note that Myrmidon Security Services will never "switch sides'' for financial or any other gain. Once the contract is signed, it is considered to be honor bound.

7. Despite paragraph 6, the contract will be terminated if Paragraph 1 & 2 is not adhered to.

8. Despite paragraph 6, the contract will be terminated if the client orders the Company to commit a war crime; the client commits a war crime; employs an unlawful weapon (chemical; biological; WMD); or betrays the Company.

However, where my military teams are deployed in contract, these must be coupled to an RP - where I will RP these forces myself. However, I will not get involved in a one-liner, number jack, low standard RP.
