The Marina Caesariana, after having recently expanding the fleet and retiring much equipment, seeks to expand it's aviation utility fleet. The Imperial Army is in a similar situation, and so to remedy this, we seek to order 1,000 MH-2 "OREL" MEDIUM UTILITY HELICOPTER for the Imperial Army to enter an expedited service entry process and early combat deployment, we would hope for Domestic Production Rights to manufacture them within Imperia so that they could be modified and further tailored for service in the . Similar arrangements will be made for 500 MH-2N "PETREL" NAVAL HELICOPTER for the Imperial Navy. We would request that this be in expedited production and that blueprints be sent to the ministry for modifications to suit Imperial Armaments. The Imperial Army as also recently decommissioned tens of thousands of Soviet and Russian equipment, inherited from Imperia's predecessor states. instead of letting such equipment go to waste, the Imperium Defense Complex has broken down these systems for basic parts to be reused. For this, we think that Lauzanexport CDT's systems would be perfect to give such large stockpiles of equipment, a new life. So for this, the Ministry would further like to order Domestic Production Rights on the M-10C "HUSSAR" WHEELED INFANTRY FIGHTING VEHICLE, M-19 KROKODIL HEAVY IFV, LYNX 6x6 RECONNAISSANCE COMBAT VEHICLE, M-10R "MINK" ARMORED RECONNAISSANCE VEHICLE, and SHAZ M-20M SEA GUARDIAN ANTI SHIP MISSILE BATTERY. The Ministry would like assistance in the manufacturing process to be able to adopt reused materials to the specifications needed for the aforementioned systems. We are also impressed by the RH-1 "STRIGĂ" ARMED RECONNAISSANCE HELICOPTER's design and capabilities and would also like to request Domestic Production Rights such such systems. These are to be utilized to increase Army Aviation's inventory and assets to support more units for large formations of the Army are faced at times lacking proper air support due to a small availability in capable equipment and red tape in their procurement and manufacturing. To bolster Imperia's naval capabilities again the Kirov-class Battlecruisers and to expand our cruiser fleet, we would like to order two Federatsiy-class Battlecruisers, of which we request be manufactured in Imperia as a preferance. We would also like to procure 100 XL-2 "VUKODLAK" LIAISON PLANE. The Security of our Personal, especially our diplomatic personnel in embassies abroad, is of utmost important, and so on behalf of all National Government Agencies of the Imperium we will be placing these orders for liaison planes to be able to rapidly and covertly get our people in and out of situations.
