After discussing with the ammunition supplier, they have presented Lauzanexport testers with samples of the ammunition that were originally produced for testing. In our trials, it was able to penetrate a 10mm steel plate to the St3 specification consistently at 300m. This ammunition has been dubbed as A7-3S for it's similarity to the 5.45 A5-3S rounds in standard service today.

A batch of several thousand rounds has been sent to you along with the shipments of regular ammo to test. A7-3S is distinguished by a blue tip, with a marked step between the steel penetrator and the reverse-drawn copper jacket. Ammunition cans will be marked as such, with IMPROVED PERFORMANCE marked on them to prevent confusion.

Your order for the 10 Grozas has been ACCEPTED, and I have forwarded your inquiry to Novograd Aviation staff.

The MiG-21-2000 is an upgrade program that was initiated in the 90's to ensure that the MiG-21 was a viable combatant in future wars until the Groza took flight and replaced them. These upgrades can be considered extensive, replacing the old turbojet engine with the French Snecma/Safran M88 turbofan, removing the smoky trail, along with increasing the plane's dry thrust by 20% and increasing fuel efficiency. This allows for a better T/W ratio, longer loitering time and an increased range due to higher efficiency and reduced weight.

The avionics are improved too, allowing for a single MFD and a helmet to allow firing newer missiles with off-boresight capability. Limited data-linking with 4th generation planes is possible.

I was also informed that NA would have to ascertain the condition of each plane before making a judgement call on cost, but an extensive modernisation such as this can increase their effectiveness for the next decade.

As for Zawisza-Láník, the request has been forwarded on and their sales individuals should be reaching out to yours soon for the sale of small arms, along with other companies such as Vozh Precision and Federalini Zborjovka for their civilian market offerings too.

-The M-21E tanks will require a re-designed turret and autoloader to accommodate 130mm cannons, seeing as the extra weight of the barrel and the extra length of the rounds needs to be accounted for when balancing the vehicle. This will incur an additional fee to design and produce a turret along with the specific tooling and other machinery needed for DPR.
-The Arbalest SPAA targeting computer will require modifications to suit the new autocannon that you require, be it your own design or one designed by us. I am also unsure of what case lengths your 60mm has and if the feed system can accomodate such rounds within the turret.

As for the Anteiov, winds and temperature are typically no problem for such a machine, It's high weight and large control surfaces work to make it a capable machine in almost all conditions, however I do not believe such machines are typically related for -70 Celsius. After inquiring with the engineers, it is possible albeit with some modifications at a minimal cost increase. Such planes could in theory be used in such circumstances, however I believe a trial run would likely be best suited to your needs before committing to a large scale purchase.

As for delivery, if you decide it more necessary, there are airports you can land at to collect the equipment with your pilots that are more suited to such conditions.

As for the accepted batch, a response was quick to come back. At the current prices, the quote per round in the initial batch was $0.50 NSD CPR (Cost Per Round), however after serialised production that cost could drop to 44-42 cents CPR. However, that is entirely your decision should you choose to purchase such ammunition, and the prices would quickly fall given the initial batch is rather small compared to a consistent large-scale order, with it reaching that price within a year.

The choice is yours should you choose to accept it, Director.
