The first of the munitions designated to be dispensed to the N.W.P.M. are now en route aboard the A.N.V. Hobart. Our vessel should reach the Rosmanic coast within six days, at which point a coordinated transfer can occur. This will occur clandestinely along a standard naval route and so should hopefully not rouse any suspicion from your fascist enemies, provided our vessel is not intercepted or surveiled.

In addition, our present closest vessel to Rosmana, the submarine A.N.V. Ballarat, is in a position to potentially monitor nearby fascist naval activity, should such data be of any use to the revolution. In any case, the Ballarat is under orders to remain on passive sonar only and avoid detection. Neither of our vessels are cleared to engage in combat at this time, with the sole exception of self-defence.

The Secretariat has indeed been monitoring the N.W.P.M.'s dispatches, and commends the resilience and tenacity of its citizenry. Were it that we had anti-air or anti-tank weaponry to spare at this time, it would be aboard the Hobart - in the future, perhaps, we may be able to provide some such munitions.
