The airport's facilities consist of 2 terminals. Both terminals have three main facilities (colloquially referred to as "Halls"): the Departures Hall, the Arrivals Hall, and the Finger Hall (the airside concourse). A walkway with shops connects the departures and arrivals buildings. The airside concourse is organized in two (domestic and international) passenger flows. Both Terminals have 38 gates each.

The Bucharest International Airport is the busiest airport in the Federal Republic Of Kumarsk with around 35 million passengers going through it each year. It is Kumarsk's main airport and it is serving Kumarsk's capital Bucharest.
