It has come to our attention that SmartTime Computers, a considerable force in the technological industry, has not opened any stores in Countesia. We would like to change this by officially inviting SmartTime computers to open trial stores within Countesia.

Although our economy is not state planned and we strongly endorse the free market, the Ministry of Commerce does occassionally offer tax breaks to allow foreign companies to gain footholds in Countesia if we believe they will be beneficial to our economy. We believe that allowing SmartTime Computers to operate within our country will ensure Countesia keeps up with modern technology. As such, we are willing to permit SmartTime Computers a 13% Corporation Tax cut for a term of five years if they are willing to bring their operations to Countesia.
