Hello, thank you for taking the time to enquire about our product. We will happy answer the questions you have sent us as well as any further questions you may have if it helps you understand our product.

1. CityPod did not originally come with sanitation facilities. It was expected that the buyer was to provide them independently. However international backlash spearheaded by Universal Commons showed us that CityPod had the potential to overwhelm existing sanitation facilities and be a public biohazard. Understanding this, we commissioned our engineers to re-engineer the CityPod platform into fully functional shower and toilet facilities that are easy to plumb into existing water and sewage lines.

2. The Panic button is located to the side of the bed within its own casing that must be opened before it can be pressed. Although the casing is easily assessable, It is designed in a way that would be difficult for the occupant to accidentally activate the panic button.

3. In most countries laws, the occupant is responsible for any misuse of the panic button. If that law is different in your nation then we will abide by it. But it is stated in the standard CityPod terms and conditions that any misuse of the panic button is ultimately the occupants fault. If there is a technical fault that causes a hoax call, CityPod will happily provide evidence.
