The Visayan Emporium is an agency under the Department of Agriculture, Industry, and Commerce. It coordinates sales from local merchants to foreign buyers while those merchants have yet to establish the infrastructure that allows them to stand on their own globally. In addition, the Emporium is also a place where Visayan government agencies may offer certain items for sale, subject to restrictions.
