Since the maintenance of free international trade has been known for centuries by the concession of economists of all political stripes in order to benefit everyone, this trade alliance enters into force.
The Undersigned thereafter promote this agreement, as a first step to free global trade;
1. No State Party may impose punitive tariffs or taxes on products imported by another State Party. This declaration does not include issues such as national sales tax, unless these taxes are levied individually on products imported by States Parties.
2. No State Party may prohibit the importation of products which commercial enterprises may legally produce and sell in those States, as long as they are bought and sold under the same legal restrictions as similar products produced within the State;
3. Any member of the world community may unilaterally become a member of the alliance.
4. This document introduces respect and non-interference in the internal affairs of states. States committing genocide, democide, defamatory slavery, serfdom or forced labor, or similar domestic policies may also join as ordinary states.
5. This Agreement is subject to change. This should be seen as a constantly evolving document.
6. Any nation may at any time become a member of this trade union.
7. This document or its provisions may be substantially or completely amended at the request of the majority of the members of the trade alliance.
