We here at Adelstun Investments are always looking for new opportunities to bring successful foreign businesses to Velosia. We have been keenly observing Dunkin Donuts and its practices, particularly its relationship with customers and the markets within which it operates, for some time now and we are confident that there's significant potential for a profitable business venture between our two companies. After a lengthy consultation amongst our leadership, I have been instructed by our Chief Executive Officer, Oswald Sigrin, to formally submit a request to open a total of 10 new locations of Dunkin Donuts within the Kingdom of Velosia, to be managed by Adelstun Investments PLC on behalf of Dunkin Donuts LLC.

Our current strategy for the implementation of this agreement is for these locations to be rolled out exclusively within the Greater Ethelstad metropolitan area for an open-ended trial period. With a combined population of 4.2 million people, we are confident that the potential customer base is large enough to pique your interest. If they prove successful with Velosians in the capital, we would be very interested in further extending our contract with you, reserving the right to open a further 70 locations in major towns and cities across the country.

If you have anything further to discuss with us prior to agreeing to this proposal, we would be more than happy to address any concerns and/or expand further upon our vision for Dunkin Donuts within Velosia. As it stands, we submit to you our completed application and eagerly await your response.
