We recently entered a war to subdue the gender discrimination totalitarian regime that dominated the New England region of North America. In the process, we used several Consortia weapons, including F/A-38A fighters and M35A2 Cataphract tanks, Nova Class Multi-Role Aircraft Carriers, Accension Class Global Cruisers, and Cygnus Class General-Purpose Destroyers.

With the enemy's air defense network and the air force already overpowered, our troops were deployed, so there was no damage to our fighters. The F/A-38A fighters performed an excellent ground strike mission and achieved a lot. Naval assets used weapons systems such as VLS and deck guns to effectively support our allies.

The M35A2 tanks successfully overpowered the enemy's M1A2 Abrams tanks with excellent performance. In particular, at the Battle of White Plains, our tank battalion succeeded in defeating the enemy tank division despite its significant numerical inferiority. After the end of the battle, only one M35A2 tank and two K2 tanks loss were counted. The results of this battle were very impressive to us in that the M1A2 Abrams tank is considered one of the best tanks of modern times.

Consortia's weapons have been proven in several battles, bringing us another victory. New England is now free from totalitarian regimes and emergency relief measures are being taken for civilians.

We enclose the combat data of M35A2 tanks in this purchase application. We're sure you're curious about this data, too. We hope that the data will help Consortia develop new products in the future.

We would also like to integrate the ASM-1100K missile, a recently developed hypersonic missile dedicated to the internal armament bay, into F/A-38 and F-40A fighters. We would like to get formal approval from Consortia in this regard.

14 M35A2 tanks and 32 K2 tanks of the 2nd Battalion from our 92nd Armoured Brigade detected the enemy's leading tank from a distance of 9 km at around 06:45 while advancing to White Plains. The enemy tanks were advancing in many small groups and began to form a formation surrounding our troops.

Our M35A2 tanks used main guns to fire at enemy tanks after approaching a distance of 8 km. Our tanks destroyed enemies outside the enemy's main gun range, and this is believed to have increased the enemy's damage. Enemy tanks that entered close range were destroyed by K2 tanks.

Because the enemy did not operate the tanks in large groups, large-scale firepower was not concentrated on our troops. However, our firepower was dispersed because a small group of enemy tanks were divided into several groups and surrounded our troops. Because of this, several tanks of the enemy succeeded in penetrating within a distance of 3.5 km, and several tanks were attacked by the enemy's main guns fire, but many were safe. However, the engine room of one M35A2 tank was destroyed and the side armoured plates of two K2 tanks were destroyed. All of these vehicles have been lost.

Five of the six crew members of the destroyed K2 tanks were also killed, and a total of 22 minor injuries and one serious injury occurred in the other tanks. Two of the crew members of the destroyed M35A2 tank suffered minor injuries.

The battle ended at 11:50 when the enemy retreated. Among the enemies of one division, the surviving enemy forces are two brigades.

Thank you for your enquiries. I apologise for any information missing from our technical specifications. This has now been corrected and I will endeavour to answer all of the issues raised.

I am happy to inform you that the B-90A Condor is capable of carrying a total loadout of twelve AGM-224 Nemesis supersonic cruise missiles, six per internal bomb bay rotary launcher assembly. This weapon cannot be made VLS compatible due to its air-breathing propulsion plant which would otherwise require a rocket booster for vertical launch that would exceed the size envelope and weight limits of the MK 41 VLS and MK 57 PVLS. The air and ground launched variants use a turbofan operating mode for fly-out and acceleration to ramjet take-over speed.

The vehicle load carrying capacity of the KC-99B is calculated in short tons, with a maximum load on the main deck of two 70-ton vehicles e.g., M35A2 Cataphract main battle tanks without appliqué armour or M34A3 Hoplite heavy infantry fighting vehicles with or without appliqué armour, or four 30-ton vehicles e.g., M65CA7 Talon+ infantry fighting vehicles, M344 Wolverine 8x8 series vehicles or HEMTT prime movers and trailers, etc.

If by "air ammunition" you are enquiring about a munitions deployment capability for the KC-99B, the ramp door is used for low-velocity air drop and low-altitude parachute extraction of palletised loads. I have been reliably informed that it would be a fairly straightforward process to adapt this towards a "Rapid Dragon" style munition air drop system.

Consortia is fully able to fulfil the latest complex order request in total as it stands. We thank the Ministry of Finance for its prompt payment of all due fees, and we will deliver the aircraft and munitions as soon as possible.

We would like to purchase additional M84 vehicles to supplement our field air defense system according to experts' analysis that our field air defense system is poor compared to the size of the ground forces. We also intend to purchase additional long-range attack missiles to enhance intercontinental counterattack capabilities.

In addition, we would like to purchase the domestic production rights of F/A-38A fighters and M35A2 tanks, which have already become the main weapons of our military, to quickly replenish them in case of emergency. Products manufactured through the acquisition of domestic production rights, including those previously purchased, will not be resold or donated to other countries, and we will strengthen the necessary domestic security measures to prevent technology leakage.

We also would like to get permission to integrate ASM-1100K missiles, Hyeon Mu-6B missiles, and Hyeon Mu-6 Hypersonic Cruise Missile into B-90A bombers. ASM-1100K and Hyeon Mu-6B missiles have previously been granted integration permits for F/A-38 and other aircraft.

Regardless of whether we accept the purchase request for domestic production rights or not, we will purchase all products corresponding to the 'Purchase order'.

The purchase request for additional M84 firing units and air-to-air and air-to-surface munitions is approved with all export licenses also being granted by our government allowing immediate shipment. On consultation with our government I am delighted to inform you permission has also been granted to allow Aerodyne Inc. and Sequoia Dynamics to enter into technology transfer agreements with respectively Daesung Aerospace and Soonyang Defense in Joseon.

The board of Aerodyne Inc. has agreed to grant limited domestic production licenses to Daesung Aerospace for both the F/A-38A/B Sentinel aircraft and AIM-222A Ambush missile, and the board of Sequoia Dynamics has voted to assign manufacturing rights to Soonyang Defense to produce the M35A2 Cataphract main battle tank. The final terms of the agreements will be agreed by all parties in their own private negotiations. The agreements will cover the technical data package of the licensed designs and technical assistance that is needed in establishing new production lines. Any transfer of licensed technology to a third party is strictly prohibited under the terms of the agreements signed and will result in the immediate termination of the contracts and forfeiture of all fees.

Sequoia Dynamics, who designed and build the rotary launcher assemblies and ejector racks used on the B-90A Condor, have indicated their willingness to assist Hanhwa Aerospace with integrating their ASM-1100K and Hyeon Mu-6 missiles with their equipment. The company is confident that engineering teams from both companies can complete all hardware and software modifications and testing in country within a reasonable timeframe.

Consortia hopes this cooperation will further strengthen the relationship between our company and its stakeholders and the Joseon government and armed forces to our mutual benefit.

Dear Mr. Director-General,
Allow me to introduce myself. I represent Newplym, a small island nation approximately 25 miles by 20 miles in extent, and several hundred miles from our nearest neighbors. I am the Senior Chairman of the governing council Surrounding Islands sector, a sector that is closely linked with our national defense, serving as our outer border. I also represent the sector in the Newplym High Council, our national governing body. Greetings, and good day to you.

We are looking to modernize our Air Guard, as our current fighter aircraft are four antiquated jet trainers and ten second-generation jet fighters. All of these planes were purchased used about 40 years ago. They are no longer an effective deterrent, and maintenance costs on them have risen to the point that it makes more sense to buy new planes than to keep these in the air long-term. We have also completed a modernization of our airport that will allow it to support more sophisticated aircraft. Our existing heavy utility helicopters serve us well in the areas of search-and-rescue, antisubmarine warfare, and antiship missile delivery, and our domestically produced shore batteries have some anti-air capacity, but our air defense capability would be bolstered by modern strike fighters.

As we are a small island, we are seeking a modern fighter and strike aircraft that can intercept enemy aircraft at standoff distances, and that is also capable of attacking hostile surface vessels. Desired characteristics include supersonic capability, four or more hardpoints, and a fully automatic gun system. It appears that your F/A-38B Sentinel suits our needs quite well. The added capability of VTOL and STOVL is also welcome, as it would allow emergency landing in our plains areas or our Spaceplex launchpad or helipad in case our main airport in Airburgh is out of commission. Range is important but a lower priority, as these aircraft are intended to be used defensively. The F/A-38B is listed as having three hardpoints in each of the two internal bays, as well as a "wet hardpoint" for fuel drop tanks. Does this mean that there is a total of three hardpoints, and one of those three is also set up for fuel?

We would also like to purchase new jet trainers, and your TF-39B Fearless looks like a good option. We value the ability to use even trainers in combat if necessary, so we appreciate the included armement.

We would like to purchase a total of twelve F/A-38Bs, and two TF-39Bs. We would also like to arrange for the option to purchase up to 16 more F38Bs, and up to two more trainers, if they perform well and the national budget remains favorable. In terms of timing, we will likely need to spread out our payment, taking delivery of the two trainers and the first two fighters as soon as available, then the next four fighters a year later, then the next four fighters a year after that, and the final two fighters three years from now. Of course this cadence could change if we exercise the option to buy more. We also need to purchase a training package from you that will train both our pilots to fly and operate the aircraft, and our mechanics to maintain them. I do not see current services and training cost, so is that included in unit price? I understand that this may seem a small order to your consortium, which is accustomed to building and outfitting entire aircraft carriers, but it would be invaluable to us. Please let us know whether such an order would be favorable to you.

We have a domestic rocket industry that allows us to build our own missiles, so we are not looking to buy ammunition at this time, though we will need interface data that will allow us to ensure that our missiles fit the hardpoints.

Teremara has an embassy in Nova already, so no difficulty is expected in this inter-region transaction. Please respond with any requirements you have on your end for potential purchasers, such as adequate detail in military forces factbooks.

As an aside, Newplym has developed a national rocket industry for the past several decades, and is always seeking to grow in that area. If Etole Arcture desired to have your missile products made in the Teremara region, Newplym would be excited to build them for you under license, so that you can have a profit source, and we can learn by example. You may consider this if such a time comes.

I will convey to our government the sincere greetings of the Newplym High Council and their offer of cooperation in the field of rocket technology. I also want to personally express to the High Council our gratitude for being selected to participate in the modernisation of the Newplym Air Guard. I can assure you that neither our company or its stakeholders view this program or any other as too small or insignificant, and believe passionately in supporting the legitimate self-defence needs of nations of every size.

Our industrial partners Aerodyne Inc. is confident that the F/A-38B Sentinel, while as a V/STOL aircraft and therefore not specifically designed for the intercept role, it does have a multirole capability that can be easily optimized towards that mission as it does when operating from light aircraft carriers.

It is correct that each of the two internal weapon bays has three hardpoints, but as the space inside is neccessarily at a premium every station is not always available for use. The centre bay station is plumbed for fuel located within a central bulge for accepting a 330 US gal fuel pack for ferry flights, or to mount munitions on single, double and quadruple bomb ejector racks or duplex and triplex missile rails with a staggered layout to fit the restricted volume, with a single missile rail on the inside of each door. The maximum air-to-air loadout consists of ten missiles: six AMRAAM/Meteor sized medium range and four Sidewinder/ASRAAM sized short range; and the maximum air-to-surface loadout two 2,000 lb, four 1,000 lb or eight 250 lb munitions plus two Sidewinder/ASRAAM sized short range. If extra fuel for extended range or mission endurance is an absolute requirement it can be possible to configure a non-symmetrical loadout with three medium range missiles in one bay and one fuel pack in the other bay, using the in-built dynamic load balancing system of the Block 20 avionics suite to compensate for the altered centre-of-gravity.

We would further advise the use of a ski-jump ramp to add extra lift to the aircraft and reduce the take-off roll by a factor of 2.5 times. We can supply K250 mobile ramps as used by the Etoile Arcture Defence Forces for aircraft operating from dispersed rough field sites, off ordinary highway and to bypass damaged runway sections.

I am pleased to inform you that permission has been granted by our government to export all 12 units of the F/A-38B Sentinel and two units of the TF-39B Fearless to Newplym for a total contract value of US$1.506, with options reserved on an additional 16 units of the F/A-38B Sentinel at a nominal cost of US$2 billion. All of the prices quoted are inclusive of pilot and aircraft maintainer training and final delivery of airframes. The proposed payment terms and delivery schedule is entirely acceptable to us, and the first phase of the program can begin immediately upon receipt of the first payment.

We are eagerly looking forward to beginning the program, and the following exchange of knowledge and experience between our company and the Newplym Air Guard. We also would especially be grateful for any additional information you can provide via private channels i.e., telegrams and factbooks about the composition, doctrine and tactics of the Air Guard and your armed forces, in general, to help us access any other needs you may have, and information about the rocket industry of Newplym to access what areas of cooperation may be possible.

Aerodyne Inc. has assigned to Quantum Aerospace and Armaments limited domestic productions rights of the ADM-240A Razorback anti-radiation loitering munition

to expand on the existing research and development and production sharing agreements between Aerodyne Inc. and Quantum Aerospace and Armaments and Sequoia Dynamics and Korrodos Military Dynamics that has included the FGR-196A Fénix and FGM-198A Vespula precision weapons derived from the Grungir ("Odin's Spear") missile family with limited domestic productions rights to the FIM-192A Scorpion anti-air missile, FQM-242A Symphyta miniature loitering munition, AH-M16 Offensive/Defensive Hand Grenade System and XM32A1 Electronic Noise-Flash Diversionary/Distraction Device and options to license the AN-M19 Assault Hand Grenade, and M90A2 Arrowhead, M92 Arblast light anti-armour weapons, and M184A1 Hammerhead off-route mine system, and M123A1 anti-personnel and M124A1 anti-vehicle mines.

Construction has been authorised of nuclear-powered Ascension class global cruisers, conventionally powered Ptolemy class arsenal ships, Pelrine class landing ship docks, Engadine class vehicle cargo ships, Barque class fast combat support ships and Amphitrite class mine countermeasures vessels at Vosselheim Yards in Korrodos.
