As many may have noticed, the Cyrassinian government has been expanding its efforts to modernise our Armed Forces. We have found suitable replacements to aging systems such as our Roland air defence systems, G3 battle rifles and Mirage 2000 aircraft, and now our attention turns to matters of outfitting our Mechanised infantry battalions and artillery brigades with more modern ground systems to support their missions. To the matter of artillery, we have found your SPGH-155 system rather attractive. However, our doctrinal requirements state that the new 155mm self propelled platform be wheeled, rather than tracked. I understand this may be a more complicated matter than I describe, but I would like to inquire as to the feasibility of integrating the SPGH-155's gun system onto a wheeled platform, such as the HEMTT chassis which your M207A1 MLRS utilises. Should you believe this to be possible, my government would be very interested in discussing collaboration on such a project.

I have been reliably informed that the HEMTT A3 is too underpowered to be used as the basis of a heavy armoured platform, but both companies are confident of being able to adapt their own technology into a 8×8 wheeled configuration that combines high mobility with armoured protection. They are prepared to begin the development of a self-propelled gun-howitzer under the codename "Furioso" funded by the Cyrassinian Ministry of Defence if you should give the authorisation, though as I am sure you can understand I cannot presently give any immediate forecast of the date of completion for the program.

In the interim Consortia can offer the M96 LUMPS II Medium Support Vehicle equipped with a Hawkeye Weapon System with 105 mm howitzer on the rear truck bed.

I am writing you in reply to your purchase order for two long-lead-time units of the Nova class multi-role aircraft carrier.

As set out in our terms of conditions all decisions for exporting military end items to a third country lies within the authority of the government of Etoile Arcure. Upon assessment by the relevant agencies, it has been determined that the unstable internal security situation in 250land and Vera means it is presently unable to provide the same level of security for sensitive technology vital to Etoile Arcture national security as provided by our own government and that of our allies.

nonetheless, Consortia has successfully negotiated an agreement with our government to allow export to 250land and Vera on the basis of specific conditions placed on the fitting out of the vessels.

These comprise changes to protect Etoile Arcture national security including the installation of alternative ship sets of the Aegis combat system with SPY-1 radar suite, SPS-48 and -49 search radars, SPQ-9B target acquisition radar, SQL-25A acoustic and SLQ-32A electronic warfare countermeasures, and GDM-008 Millennium Gun, MK 49 Rolling Airframe Missile and MK 48 VLS self-defence weapons.

The modifications bring the vessels closer to the configuration of pre-refit carriers supplied to the Korrodisan Imperial Navy. The cost of each unit will be US$9.5 billion for a total contract value for both units of US$19 billion, roughly a third of the original quoted cost. If the Committee of Public Safety and Awesome Army Navy are in agreement to accept these terms Consortia is prepared to construct and deliver both vessels upon receipt of payment in full by telegraphic transfer.

This also resolves the issue of opening Consortia outlets in Slacaria as our company does not directly supply any goods and services, being ostensibly a marketing and sales entity jointly owned by a conglomerate of large industrial concerns that include Sequoia Dynamics, Aerodyne Inc. and Amoskeag International.

If this proposal is received favourably I will organise that Sequoia Dynamics CEO Dr. Jorge Esposito and Vortex Industries CEO John Kolna can meet at the first opportunity to finalize the agreement.

However, there are a few things that must first be clarified.
Vortex Industries is a branch of a larger corporation, Omega Inc. Omega is Slacaria's largest corporation, and includes a beverage branch, an arms branch, and various other services such as transportation and extraction teams. Therefore, we suggest that instead of Vortex, you create a partnership with Omega as opposed to solely us. Not only does this increase the possibilities of our services, it also allows Vortex to quickly act on its own accord without being confined to certain restrictions. Please not that this is simply a matter of legals, and will in no way create any economic detriments for either party. We hope that this will not affect our original agreement.

Once confirmed, we will immediately send multiple representatives of all parties, including myself and Mr. Liebert to New Corinth to discuss in further detail.

HARMONY CITY, E.A. -- Consortia SA and Omega Inc. are pleased to announce they have entered into definitive agreements for the licensing and manufacturing of M22A2HA Jackal main battle tanks and M207A1 Carnivore Mobile Artillery Rocket System in Slacaria.

The contracts have an initial value of US$20 billion and include a technology transfer agreement (TTA) and limited domestic production rights (LDPR) manufacturing agreement between Sequoia Dynamics Land Systems of Etoile Arcture and Vortex Industries of Slacaria that grant a domestic non-exclusive, non-transferable license to produce 6,000 M22A2HA Jackal main battle tanks and 6,000 M207A1 Carnivore Mobile Artillery Rocket System. After completion of the initial production run Vortex Industries will be permitted under the terms of the license to manufacture unlimited numbers of additional systems for a royalty payment of US$3 million per system for a period of 10 years.

The agreement, which was finalised on 1st August 2022 by Dr. Jorge Esposito, President and CEO of Consortia SA and John Kolna, CEO of Vortex Industries at a signing ceremony in Harmony City, includes a reciprocal manufacturing agreement in which Vortex Industries will allocate a portion of spare or excess manufacturing capacity to the production of complete systems and spare and repair parts if and when requested by Sequoia Dynamics Land Systems during the period of the license agreement.

Dr. Jorge Esposito, President and CEO of Consortia SA commented:
