A) Due to your relations with Nachmere we offer you all of the DPRs you ask for at the price of 300,000,000,000 USD. This is simply the price of DPR for the IF-223, and you may consider the rest of the DPRs given free as a sort of discount.

B)The status of technological partner will be granted to Hozhy Industrial Incorporated. This will include 3 joint factories and a joint research facilety in Oseato, if you agree. The costs can be split with NPS paying for machinery and construction and Oseato paying for raw materials and supplying the land.
