Each passenger is permitted 22kg of luggage allowance, if the weight of a passengers luggage exceeds 22kg, a $30 fee is to be paid for each kilogram over the limit. additionally, each passenger is allowed to take one small suitcase of hand luggage small to place in overhead storage. Cigarettes, Alcohol, Nonessential drugs and consumables are not allowed to be stored in hand luggage. Food and beverages can be purchased on the plane itself.Tickets
Tickets purchased through Countesia International are refundable 8 days before the flight takes place. in the rare event of the plane being unable to make its scheduled flight, tickets will be 100% refundable in correlation with ATOL guidelines. If an individual misses their flight, the ticket will not be refundable. However for a $60 fee they can be seated on the next available flight to their intended destination.Catering
Our planes come stocked with a variety of high quality, complimentary pre-packaged meals offered around meal times. Our menus offer a wide selection of culturally diverse meals, including vegetarian and gluten free options. Snacks and a plethora of soft drinks and light alcoholic beverages may be purchased by passengers at any time during the flight.Boarding
Boarding your Countesian International flight is as simple as handing over your boarding pass when the boarding call is made, once completed, you can now enjoy your flight with us. Gates close 45 minutes before departure. Passengers who miss boarding may be allowed on the flight at the captains discretion if they arrive during the 45 minute window.Mobile devices and Wireless internet
Mobile devices are strictly prohibited from being used to make calls during flight. Countesia International strongly recommends that phones, tablets and other transmitting devices are set to flight mode during the duration of your flight. Interference from such devices has been known to disrupt navigation systems and autopilot, and while an uncommon issue, Countesia International holds the safety of its passengers in the highest regard. In-flight telephones are available for passengers to use free of charge. Passengers are advised to always follow the cabin crew’s instructions of when to turn devices off or onto flight mode. Deliberate failure to comply can lead to removal from the flight and prosecution.
In-flight WiFi is provided at a fee of $3/hour. However, this applies to selected routes and connections may be unreliable.

Quotes vary based on distance, model of plane desired and how many passengers. However Countesia International Chartered promises no hidden costs, and will always include airport fees and baggage handling fees in their quotes.
