This is the Universal Immigration Program of the Interstellar Starlight Empire. The Interstellar Starlight Empire is a vast empire that spans all over the Universe, but has a great amount of uninhabited area. It is also very diverse so we are very accepting to differences. Immigrants will be provided with land, mostly in the Frontier zones, and money to help them start thier new life. All that is needed is for the immigrants to fill out a small amount of paperwork when they arrive.

The Interstellar Starlight Empire is willing to accept anyone from anywhere into thier Universal Immigration Program. There are no limits.

Hi we would like sort out a deal with you.
We would like to send our debtors on your immigriation program with new debtors incoming every month boosting both the population and the economy (since debtors will try to work hard to find and create jobs) but once they have paid off their debt we would like for them to be returned. Not returning these debtors will be taken as an attack on Tyrannyicalist and we will declare war

The Steamwork would like to send around 150,000 criminals of various types that have been crowding our prisons. We were going to execute them but that could lead to public outrage. We shall send notes on their criminal record and personality.

Is this thing only for unwanted people? Because here there’s many people looking to travel and/or move abroad across the galaxy or even multiverse. This could be a good option for 1000 of them to help get to a more favorable area there. Thanks

This is a Immigration Program for everyone not just people unwanted by thier goverment.

I've had a multitude of problems with a race of aliens that is particularly hard to exterminate. We tried to enslave them, but that just got people killed. We cannot send them back home because their planet is now a ball of glass, and their rebellions are annoying at best and extremely dangerous at worst. They lived on a planet covered by jungle, comparable to South America. They were a neolithic species when we found them and decided to glass their world for resources, but some of them escaped onto our troop transports and that is why we have the survivors in containment. In case you're wondering why we tried to exterminate them, the short answer is xenophobia. We wish to send them off to your immigration program so that we don't have to deal with them, a penal colony of sorts.

They are welcome. You may send however many of them you need to.

This is a Immigration program.

Commerce opens new frontiers. You need a place to bring your prospectors metals, your bioprospectors collection samples, buy basic supplies for your homestead, and get the necessities to build towns and villages. Someone has to supply the immigrants moves to new worlds. Business emigration is a standard practice. We would be opening new market in foreign lands. Space factories would do this.

We move to new systems as a free space society and set up business on asteroids and moons. The proper term is belter.

There are clearly limits.
