Architecten-Ingenicure-en Annemersbedrijf in Nederlands-Indiƫ N.V. (Architecten Indiƫ N.V.) is a Dutch-owned company that became the forerunner to the establishment of Karja Pamboedian until finally it was nationalized and then established as PN Karja Pamboedian on March 11, 1961. This nationalization became a driver of infrastructure development in Pambudia. Based on the approval of the Department of Justice, on January 2, 1980, ADHI changed its status to become a Limited Liability Company (Persero). Until 2010 Karja Pamboedian had become the first construction company to be listed on the Pambudia Stock Exchange.
The status of Karja Pamboedian as a Limited Liability Company encourages them to continue to provide the best for every stakeholder during the growing period of Karja and the progressing construction industry in Pambudia. The intensity of competition and the price war between the construction industries has made the Company redefine its vision and mission: To Be an Innovative and Cultured Construction for Sustainable Growth.
This vision illustrates the Company's motivation to grow rapidly through a tagline that is a reinforcement namely "Redefining Construction". Valuable and sustainable growth in the Company is one of the important aspects that is always managed by Karja Pamboedian to provide the best to the wider community.
Karja has been able to demonstrate its ability as a leading construction company in Pambudia and neighbor countries through competitiveness and experience as evidenced by the success of construction projects that have been carried out. The success of the business that has been achieved by company does not mean without the support and participation of the community, for that Karja Pamboedian plays an active role in developing CSR programs and the Company's Partnership & Community Development Program.
