To our current and potential customers and partners,

You may notice outages on our website throughout the coming weekend. In the 21st century, the marketplace is constantly evolving, and we here at the Elizabeth City Stock Exchange must evolve ourselves to keep up. To allow for this, our website and mobile app, as well as all other trading mediums, will be temporarily offline. We currently plan on relaunching at the open of the international market on Monday, February 15th. All foreign based entities will be required to relist under the new system starting on Monday, while domestic entities will have their representatives reach out to them with next steps tomorrow. Any customers currently holding stock of a company that chooses not to relist will be reimbursed by the ECSE at the stocks last closing price. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but we seek to bring the best trading system in the market to our customers and corporate partners. Any of our currently existing corporate partners are welcome to reach out if they have any questions about this process. We will release more information as approach our relaunch.
