My name is Alexa Capheus, I am the head of Sport Istoreya and I am writing to you to apply for a Goliæth location in our capital city of Ignala. Sport Istoreya recently purchased a building on the Infinity Ring Road and we believe a Sports Cafe is the perfect venue to host in the spot. The location is on the ring road surrounding the Infinity Centre, the home stadium of the Istoreyan National Football Team, and has a fantastic view of Lake Ignala and The Keeper's Monument. I shall attach a photo taken from the road outside the location for you.

If you accept the offer, I must inform you that Istoreya imposes strict rules of operation on businesses in order to keep them environmentally friendly. At least 65% of ingredients used in the location must come from sources within the nation, and all single-use plastics are banned, but paper/biodegradable alternatives exist. Furthermore, the rules on legal age in the nation are not straight forward - anyone who has graduated from secondary school will receive a Diploma, an identity card similar to that of a driver's license, which is required for the purchase and consumption of alcohol and for gambling. This means that most Istoreyans are considered legal age between 16 and 17, but someone who dropped out of school may be over 30 and not be considered legal age. On top of this, while gambling is permitted in public spaces, consumption of alcohol is not, and such, only patrons of the private booths may be served with alcoholic beverages. The consumption of drugs, such as marijuana, follows the same laws as alcohol and would be permitted in private booths unless you choose to restrict this, which you may.

We are also offering a 5-year contract for screening rights to the Istoreyan Football League, and any event (including non-sporting, such as concerts) that takes place at the Infinity Centre. The grounds and league are both controlled by the Istoreyan Football Association, a section of Sport Istoreya, so any questions about this contract may be directed to me, or the IFA head, Felix Demakis.

Finally, as your page mentioned that the Goliæth logo could be customised for local usage, I have included an example of how it could be changed for this location, including Istoreyan olive green and a football. This is just a concept and we will not use it without your permission, of course, and we ensure you that the original artist will receive proper credit should it be used.
