In mid 2140 amidst a wave of reforms, newly elected President Vash Wisewolf declared that a Rexzich Worldbank would be created to help countries gain the funds they needed to rebuild during or after conflicts, and to develop national industries and infrastructure-possibly for the reduction of poverty, improving health, reducing crime etc. She set aside over $1 Trillion NSD for these projects which would likely be renewed each year-if not increased. Foreign nations would be given an equal opportunity to acquire grants and zero interest loans for the pursuit of their projects which would be granted on a first come first serve basis. Every nation regardless of it's Civil Rights, Political Freedoms, and Economic Situation would receive equal access to funding as a means of serving people in need, wherever they may be.
As a general rule, nations which withdrew less than $1 Billion in grants and/or loans would only be met with a compliance inspection team following the supposed implementation of a nations stated goals, while nations which withdrew higher amounts or who had failed to meet their goals(possibly due to misuse of funds) would be subject to dual ownership accounts which would allow the RXWB to monitor individual transactions, and in some cases would require approval of each transaction. Nations who misused funds completely(and intentionally) would be permanently barred from the RXWB.
Funding may not be used for military equipment or purposes as that is not the desired goal for this organisation. Religious Activities may also be excluded unless they are clearly intended for the public good. For example if a christian based medical organisation requires funding for a new community hospital this would be acceptable, however using funding for building a new temple, or buying the head priest a sparkling new limo is unacceptable.

The Rexzich Worldbank reserves the right to deny funding to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Examples of relevant projects include:
Environmental Initiatives, Education, Transportation, Industry, Agriculture, Commerce, Debt Consolidation/Absolution, Civil Rights & Equality, Law Enforcement & Penitentiary(Reform or Enhancement), Science, Health, Communications, Energy/Electrical Infrastructure, etc.

All funding transfers are currently conducted by Rexzich Financial Services, however we are currently examining the idea of including other foreign banking services for nations which might feel more comfortable using existing banking services or utilizing existing accounts.

Grants are essentially free money given to approved nations for their projects. Upon receiving your application, a national analysis will be conducted by the RXWB to determine the authenticity of your claim, and if everything checks out you may receive funding promptly. Following the stated deadline for completion of your stated goals a compliance inspection team will be dispatched to confirm the results. If the desired result has been achieved you may apply for additional grants and/or loans at any time.

The Rexzich Worldbank understands that some nations may not wish to accept 'free money' due to national pride, a fair standard of living, or existing policies. As such we offer Zero Interest Loans to all nations as a means of providing temporary funding to these nations while allowing them to pay back the RXWB in the long term. Zero Interest Loans receive the same treatment and restrictions listed in the above 'Grants' section.

For nations who have not been able to complete their stated goals due to circumstances beyond their control such as natural disasters, conflict, economic crash etc., they may state their reasons for the failure to complete their objectives in order to prevent being barred from our services, or to repeal such a decision. Furthermore, nations which have seen notable changes in government, social stability, etc. may also apply to have their barred status repealed.
