For the sake of good record keeping, we have located our old application, that was previously approved in 2019. We had thought this document lost in a fire some months back, but our records office is rebuilt and our episode of "inactivity" ended a while ago. While these restaurants never ceased operation, we understand records of their operation may have been misplaced or otherwise lost.
