To answer your questions. First, most of the cost is in the use of titanium for construction and in the electronics. Because of this the use of cheap labour can not reduce the cost, but instead may hurt quality because of the way in which titanium must be manipulated. As a result, the use of cheap, and therefore low quality labour can dramatically hurt the construction of the vehicle, and the operation of its systems, rendering it non-effective.

Second, in regards to the casement, it can not be so modified. Due to the heavy armour the vehicle is already front-heavy, and further weight increases to the front on the G/E chassis can not be accomplished without causing serious structural issues, along with greater weart on the drive train, tracks, suspension, and on maneuverability.

As to your inquiry on the An-1200 ammunition. It is an upscaled version of the An-1100. What specific information did you wish to know?
