Ditzwarren's of Shewsden are the premier luxury departmental mercers in Great Nortend. Established opposite our current site in 1743 by William Ditzwarren as an ironmonger's shop, we expanded in 1782 by John Ditzwarren who acquired the neighbouring mercer and draper, and cabinetmaker. We moved to our present site in 1877 when the current building was built. From the elegant 4½ acre premises on the Parade Street, immediately without Upper Booth in Cadell, as well as in branches in Limmes and abroad, Ditzwarren's are wholesale and retail men's and ladies' mercers, drapers, tailors, milliners, haberdashers, merchants of sundry and general wares, fancy goods repositories and more, in the most comfortable, largest and most well-arranged premises possible. All of our merchandise and fine wares are sourced from the most skilled craftsmen, manufacturers and factories across the country and around the globe.
Sir C. B. Ditzwarren,
Chairman
Ditzwarren's have a number of branches, apart from our main establishment in Shewsden. There are branches in Rhise, as well as abroad in Princetown, Hifax and Saint Moritz, Nidwalden. Though they are smaller than our Shewsden flagship and may not have all departments, all three maintain the wide variety of stocked goods and bespoke options, excellent food, luxurious furnishings and genteel service which Ditzwarren's are known for.
Ditzwarren's have over 50 departments, stocking over 80,000 different items. Some departments may not be available at all branches.
