Who We Are
Albion Oil was founded in 1894 as Royal Albion Oil in the city of St. Clarke, Albion. The company acquired the Petra Refining Corporation in 1910 and shifted from selling their crude oil to refining companies, to joining the refining game themselves. They shifted their focus from the oil reserves of southern Albion, and to the refining capabilities of their new Parkland Refinery in Petra. In 1912, the Petra Oil Boom occurred, launching Royal Albion to become the largest refiner in Ibica, and it sought to expand upon that more. By 1925, Royal Albion was a household name across the former Kingdom of Albion (the States of Albion, Petra and Cartier, as well as the Romane Territory), but was having trouble expanding across the rest of the federation. The residents of the former Monroe and Angola Kingdoms were apposed to a royally owned corporation, so in 1926 the King of the State of Albion sold off enough of his portion of the company to become a minority stakeholder and the company dropped the word Royal from it's name, becoming the Albion Oil company we know now.
Today, Albion Oil dominates the Ibican oil, natural gas, and refining industries, and is seeking to expand internationally. The Current CEO and President is Darren Woods. Albion Oil calls the PetroChem Plaza home, a large complex in St. Clarke, Albion consisting of Several Office Buildings, restaurants, wellness centers, laboratories and amenities for employees for staff and visitors.
