Since a large number of Texan farmers joined the rebellion in 1981 and lost, we have decided to start selling farmland to foreigners who are willing to come to Texas and farm a plot of land for 5 years. We are selling land for $1000 per acre. If you wish to buy land, you will inherit every animal, plant, building, and piece of equipment that belonged to the former owner for free with the land you buy. You will be responsible for upkeep and will have to give 15% of your profit to Texas, so we can continue rebuilding as a nation. If you wish to become a citizen after your term is over, please speak to our immigration authorities. Here are the three farms we have for sale.

You can convert it, so long as you are still willing to give 15% of the solar field's profits to Texas. The dog is yours.
