Since a large number of Texan farmers joined the rebellion in 1981 and lost, we have decided to start selling farmland to foreigners who are willing to come to Texas and farm a plot of land for 5 years. We are selling land for $1000 per acre. If you wish to buy land, you will inherit every animal, plant, building, and piece of equipment that belonged to the former owner for free with the land you buy. You will be responsible for upkeep and will have to give 15% of your profit to Texas, so we can continue rebuilding as a nation.
